Velocity Control Trim (Velo Trol) - In most of the severe service conditions where very High temperature & High pressure are to be handled our series 12200 & 12250 with Velocity control trim (VeloTRol) is the most suitable trim available to provide accurate control with long life & thereby reducing the Noise/Vibrations formed due to cavitation or erosion damage.

Series 12200 High Pressure Control Valve is designed and developed for applications where the high pressure/drop liquid and high pressure/temperature gas/vapour to be handled. Our VeloTRol, a multi-turn/multi-stage velocity control trim, handles these severe/critical applications very effectively - eliminating cavitation & vibration, and reducing the noise to the acceptable levels. Series 12250 is developed for low/minute flow (Micro Cv) for high pressure drop liquid and gas applications. The velocity control trim (Velotrol), the most superior trim, has enabled control valve to improve its performance and lower its maintenance cost. Also, there is hardly any use of additional silences/Diffusers for noise reduction.
